He mentions connecting to the server via RDP sessions. Perhaps I make a bad
assumption that is also what his users are doing. If it is, my method will
work. If not, he need not use RDP for any of it. RealVNC will accomplish
what he is looking to do. The link is http://www.realvnc.com, and is free
software for remote control or remote support. The end goal is that he
wants to remotely view/support what his users are seeing.
