Trend Micro Web Console is blank

After following the great instructions on the blog for Trend Micro
Installation, I got much better results, but at the conclusion of the
installation, the web console comes up (from
http://192.168.16.2:8085/officescan) but it is just blank.
The only thing I did different was install both the client and server on the
D: drive instead of the C: drive. Is there any way I can trouble shoot this?
I have installed and uninstalled several times with the same result.
