I have Discovered that all users in the Domain Power Users Group on my
network have admin rights by defualt in Companyweb. That is even after
I changed permisions in "manage users" and set the Users And Domain
power Users to Reader only. Why is that and how can I fix this issue?

The only way I know how to have them have reader only rights is to
remove the users from the domain power users group in user manager.
