This feature of SQL requires you install a mail client (ie outlook).
Outlook is no advisable because SBS is also your Exchange server, and it's
not advised that you install outlook on your exchange server.
You can try to setup a profile in Outlook Express and use that. Once the
logged on user (account the SQL Server Agent service is configured to run
under) has an e-mail profile created in an e-mail program, that feature
should be accessible.
