I wouldn't delete it. You should be able to edit the primary SMTP address
(the bolded one) associated with it and just a character or two to it to
change it. If you have a web page that is www.mydomain.com, maybe an
automated "bot" may have picked up on it and sent email to the mydomain.com
address.
