....or you can update the handheld with the 4.0 firmware when your provider
releases it (in the US, I believe all but Verizon have done so).

Are you 100% sure about that? Have you had problems with the wireless
contacts/tasks/etc with BES 4.0 ?

Yes - but until they support Outlook categories, it's not useful for any of
my clients. I hope they address this soon.
