No need to create a new Administrators group. You can secure the directory
and deny the option to "take ownership". Go to Security/Permissions and
Advanced. Select the group or account in question and click on the Edit
button. there you will see the option to deny "Take Ownership". As far as
not allowing others to see the directory you can create a hidden share by
adding $ to the end of the share name.
