Hi Rob,
I understand the problem to be as follows:
After you installed ISA service pack 2 on SBS 2000, when you trying to
upgrade to SBS 2003, it prompts that "You must install Internet Security
and Acceleration Server 2000 Service Pack 1 and update before upgrading."
If I'm out of base, please don't hesitate to let me know.
The root cause of this issue is that ISA Server 2000 Service Pack 2 (SP2)
is installed on your computer, but the Isahf255.exe update is not installed.
Please refer to the following KB to solve the problem:
"You must install Internet Security and Acceleration Server 2000 Service
Pack 1 and
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;884004
For your convenience, I included the related steps below:
1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.
2. Locate the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Fpc\hotfixes\sp1
3. Right-click the sp1 subkey, point to New, and then click Key.
4. Type 255, and then press ENTER.
5. Quit Registry Editor.
I hope the above info helps.
If you have any update, please feel free to post back.
Have a nice day!
