I seemed to have gotten it working now. You were on the right track with the
firewall settings for File and Print Sharing. I had to edit the scope on the
TCP and UDP ports to allow for VPN management. The browsing issue was a bit
different. I had thought about RPC aswell, but it was set up right. Turns
out DNS was not checked in the Services and Ports firewall dialog for the
NICs themselves. I don't understand why it worked previously though. I must
have messed up a script. I thank you for your help Doug.
