Torrey,

Are you using new hardware?

Once you start the upgrade you should be aware that there is no way to go
back.

You might want to take a look at the stuff Jeff Middleton has put together
which gives you option to back out at anytime with out interfering with the
currnet system. Either way you go SBS 2003 is a great product and if you
need help there will be some here for you. The inplace upgrade is generally
pretty simple remeber that the PSS grops can get you out of most problems
too if you are really getting stuck.
