Ghost 2003 shuld be pretty straight forward but you're going to need a 3rd
drive to store the image you create (IDE, SCSI or external USB). If you
have a workstation with a lot of space left on a large capacity IDE drive,
you may be able to pull the drive and temporaily use it in the server.
Install Ghost on a workstation and create a set of Ghost boot floppies. I
normally use the Partition-to-Image method to create the image and
Disk-from-Image method to restore it to the new drive (so that you can
resize the partitions, if necessary).
