Hi Darren,

Thanks for your kindly responding.

Have you performed all the steps recommended in my last post for example
"clear cache"? How about the results?

If your issue still persists, I would like collect more information to
isolate the cause:

1. Does the issue happen in other client PC or just for a specific PC?

2. Can you successfully access the OWA on the SBS2003 locally? (By normal
user account and also by administrator account)

Considering that your system is upgraded from SBS 2K to SBS2K3 Premium, I
would like to strongly recommend you the following action plan:
1. Re-run the Configure E-mail and Internet Connection Wizard (CEICW). And

2. Rejoin the clients to the domain through
http://ServerName/ConnectComputer/Default.htm because the SID has changed
after you updating the server.

3. check the ASP.NET permissions:

(a). Logon the SBS server with administrator''s privilege. Open a command
prompt.

(b). Refer to C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\ from Command
Prompt. Following are the commands to do so.

  C:
  Cd\
  CD %windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\

(c). Run the following command:

  aspnet_regiis -i

(d). Open Windows Explorer and make sure the ASPNET account has Full
Control to the following folder:

  %windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary ASP.NET Files

(e). Restart IIS services (run ''iisreset'' command)and then check if this
issue persists.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let me know.

Have a nice day!

Best regards,

Jerry Zhao (MSFT)
