I'm sorry to hear that you're not feeling well. Please take your time to
recover.
If the "Target" box is not able to be modified, it seems that the original
Group Policy has not been cancelled.
I recommend you to try the following suggestions.
1. On the problematic computers, using RSoP.msc to check out which GPO
applied to the Folder Redirection.
2. Modify that GPO by using GPMC. Ask all computers to redirect the folder
to a local path.
3. Run gpupdate on the server and clients.
4. Logoff and Logon again.
