Dave,

I tried to utilize two NICs as you are and I tried everything to no avail.
I was convinced that I should use two NICs for security reasons but that is
not necessarily the case; Proper configuration, security applications, etc
are your tools whether you have one or two NICs. I contacted MS and was
informed that the two NIC scenario is not intended to allow certain "LAN"
functions on the "WAN" interface.

I switched to one NIC and I have got everything working fine with nuch less
maintanance and overhead.
