Company web restore failure

Hi!
After a failure of my array in the sbs 2003 server I was forced to do a
restore from backup - fortunately I had one:D
Now, everything is almost normal but I can't get the companyweb online.
Every sharepoint site asks for password and doesn't accept any, so I can't
access Sharepoint central administration site or companyweb. Instead I can
access the FrontPage Server Extensions 2002 Server Administration site.
I tried of course to uninstall sharepoint but after restore I did an
windowsupdate and I think the sharepoint was updated with SP1. Therefore I
am unable to uninstall it since it says "The patch package could not be
openned"

Thanks for any advise...
