Hi Massimo,

Unfortunately, Windows Fax Services does not provide such feature.

Based on my knowledge, features such as DTMF must be supported by the modem
(i.e., U.S.R Modem). I recommend you to search for a third party tool to
achieve this goal. (Note: To request a new feature of Windows product, you
can send your wish to mswish@microsoft.com.)
