Thank you for posting here.
The error code 0xc0000005 can be converted to ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED. I
understand that you want to modify the settings of a shared printer using
non administrator privileges. If I am off base, please let me know.
Based on my research, it may be caused by the permission of the printer;
you should modify it using domain Administrator privilege on the printer.
1. Right click the properties of the printer you want to modify.
2. In the 'Security' tab, you can add the user you want to have full
control of the printer to the list.
This question may also be related to the software provider, so you may also
get support from the HP Company.
