The red X indicates that the account is disabled, which is what you want for
a template account.
I haven't used trend, but the remote install is going to be relying on
either you providing credentials that have administrator permissions on the
workstations or that the account that it is running as having administrator
permissions on the workstations.
The first check I would perform is that the workstation are part of the
domain. If they are Windows NT4, 2000 or XP then they will need to have an
account on the domain and will need to be configured so that they talk to
the domain controller and belong to the domain. For Windows 9x clients,
ensure that they have been configured to use the Windows Domain.
Once you have checked that, make sure that you can logon to the workstation
using the account that you provided to trend to install trend on the
clients.
