The users never come into the office to work on the LAN. They also have
other Exchange accounts setup within Outlook and I don't want to force them
to go through the hassle of setting up and using different profiles. OWA, as
robust as it has become, is not Outlook. The fact remains that it's not
working. Can you give me some suggestions?
