Hey and thank's for taking the time to reply ...
Anyways, I have SOLVED the problem by doing that I found some people have
done here ... I replaced the recommended driver with the basic driver for
56Flex modem that is supplied with 2003 Server.
Now I have the inplementation in vb.net still to do so .... wish me luck !
