Hi Alex,

I understand that you're not able to empty the "Dev Mgmt" from your
"Deleted Items" folder in Outlook. If I'm out of base, please feel free to
let me know.

First of all, to narrow down the root cause of this issue, please let me
know whether this issue happens on all Exchange clients. If it is only
related to a specific user, its .ost file or mailbox may corrupted.

I'd like to provide you with the following suggestion:

Suggestion: Create a new .ost file and remove damaged Exchange Server
service support files.

For detail steps, please refer to KB 842284.

How to troubleshoot synchronization problems when you synchronize your
Exchange Server mailbox with your .ost file in Outlook 2000
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/842284/en-us

In addition, if the problem cannot be solved, please re-create the Outlook
profile and check the issue again. The easiest way to re-create the profile
is to close Outlook, and then open Windows Explorer and go to "C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business Server\Clients", double-click
SBSDefault.prf, and it will automatically create the outlook profile with
the correct settings for the corresponding domain user.

If the problem persists, please let me know the exact error message when
you trying to delete the item permanently. Then, I will perform deeper
research on this one. If you have any update or questions, please feel free
to post back as well.

Have a nice day!
