Two options.
A) Install quickbooks on the SBS server, and let them RDP into that.
BAD IDEA. You're letting end users get onto your only server, and do
what they will. There's a reason Microsoft took out Application server
functionality in SBS 2003.
B) Use VPN...In my experience, quickbooks over VPN is slow as a dog.
