OEM product cannot be used for upgrade. It is designed to be sold with the
hardware on which it is to run and cannot legally be installed onto existing
hardware. This is a pure OEM product restriction, it is not particularly
SBS.
If by some stretch of the imagination you are able to legally use this media
with this hardware the easiest way will be 'format c:' but the processes
used by www.sbsmigration.com could also be applied.
