Thanks Lazy Slug for the report. I agree that Group Policy settings would be
nice, but I don't think I'd hold my breath. :)
I don't think Microsoft has decided whether to charge for it or not.
Personally, I think they'll release it in the same manner as the beta - as
part of their Windows Genuine Advantage program, the same way they released
Photo Story 3.
