I have 5 XPP/SP2 Workstations connected via T1 frame-relay, routers and a
firebox, so that they end up looking like part of my local LAN. Though I can
ping them in every which way from the DOS prompt, I can no longer see them in
explorer, on the SBS, nor do they show up when I do a search from explorer on
my XPP Workstation.
I was able to add them to the domain and exchange, but could not install the
Clientapps needed for ADC. The DOS window would open for a while and then
close without doing any installs.
The only difference is that they are on a different subnet, using static
assigned IP addresses instead of DHCP. They were automatically added to WINS
and DNS, upon joining the new domain.
I did run the Remote Access Wizard, thinking this may have caused the problem?
Can I undo what the wizard changed?
