Windows 2003 server loses connection to Fast600

IBM is unable to help with this problem. I do not know what to do.

Facts:
IBM BladeCenter HS20
FASTt600 HA
Running Windows 2003 Standard on one blade using QLogic expansion card.
No local disks on Blade booting from the SAN

Problem:
The blade server locks (can't map a drive, login. Can't do anything
except ping it. There are no events in the Event Logs, nor the SAN's or
Fiber Switch logs. I am running the latests bios, firmware, drivers
(per IBM support).

Has anyone else experienced similar problems? Am I doing something
wrong, or did we just waste 30K on a nonreliable machine?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
