If you're using DHCP, use it to make this change for all your clients.
That said, you'll get lots of conflicting advice about this sort of thing. I
like ISA but I don't want it on my DC. I'd want it on a separate dedicated
server. So I usually do the "single NIC, hardware firewall appliance" route
and it's worked well for me. Your mileage may vary.
