Compaq iPAQ H3800
Pocket PC version 3.0
ActiveSync V 3.7
We used to have a POP3 email system, and the user synched with Outlook (I'm
assuming with the pst file). Now we've switched to MS Small Business Server
2003 Premium with Exchange 2003. Today they synched for the first time after
the migration and have lost all contacts, and cannot connect to the server
to sync email, contacts, or calendar.
There was a message that Exchange Server active sync with a pocket pc
running PocketPC 2002 was required. Do I need to update the OS version on
the iPAQ? If so, how? Do any SBS gurus know if SBS' version of exchange 2003
supports mobile devices out of the box? (I had assumed it did, but...)
