Thats where I am already. The screen comes up and I have the option of
entering an IP or computer name on my local network. When I try to connect
the error
"Access to the requested resource has been disabled by your administrator"
based on the wording I would think that this is some setting within SBS that
I am unfamiliar with and needs to be set. All group policy on the local
machine, the workstation I am trying to connect to, has been set to allow
remote control, and allow unsoilicited assistance, with my specific user, the
group 'domain users', and the group 'administartors' as well as the local
'administrators' group given access.
these settings are changed on the machine you wish to connect to by
1- Start-Run- 'gpedit.msc'
2- look under "Local Computer Policy\Computer Configuration\Administrative
Templates\System\Remote Assistance"

Everything should be working... I'm betting its gonna be something
ridiculously simple in the end... any ideas??

maybe there is another setting I am missing somewhere, but I kinda feel that
it is on the SBS box.
