The IP should be the one assigned by the ISP, not the gateway they assigned.
You should be able to get this from them or look at the router configuration
pages.
Symantec is on drugs if they think they can replace ISA that easily and why
would you want to? It's better to have more security than less IMHO.
You have tried using the https instead of http correct?
