This was probably a traffic thing - lots of people are patching the new
computers they got from Santa :- ). It seems to be working OK now.
You can go to the update pages manually to download them, but what I'd
recommend is to use SUS (or the WUS public beta) for workstations. For
servers, what I do is to run WU manually at the end of the business day or
on Saturday, when competing traffic is generally low.
