Hi Mike,

I think you'd have to turn on SMTP logging in exchange. This isn't very
friendly as a monitoring tool though, it's purpose is for troubleshooting.
I'd recommend you have a look at the IMF add-in, it works pretty well in the
absense of any other spam filtering application, and you can archive blocked
email. You can download IMF here:
