Email Problem

I ahve one compnay where all but one user can recieve email and if you add a
new user that user can not get email either. It comes back with this error
below. Anyone run into thsi one before? SBS 2003 all updates and Exchange

The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent
to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out
the correct address.
