Is your router assigning DHCP addresses or does your SBS assign DHCP address, in general, not just to VPN clients?
Also, when setting up your VPN connection on the client, are you listing your servers' internal IP address (e.g. 192.168.1.100) as the Primary DNS Server in the TCP/IP networking properties under the connection properties?
