Since the Act! database is controlled by MSSQL service, the database is
either SQL or more likely, MDSE. If it is SQL, you can use Enterprise
Manager to schedule a database backup. You can either go directly to tape or
to a disk file that you backup to tape. If it is MSDE, www.msde.biz has an
MSDE Backup/Restore tool for $18.
