If you register the database in SQL enterprise manager, you should be able
to schedule a backup there (I think - SQL is not my forte).
Also, you're not completely ruined without a SQL native backup, SBS backup
will be backing up the whole thing via VSS. In fact, you've probably even
got previous versions you may or may not know about. I have used previous
versions to successfully recover Pervasive SQL databases.
