Using ISA ?
You need a packet filter for the SBS. Client computers don't need it,
because they've got the proxy client.
Running CEICW will correct that, creating a packet filter for SMTP.
If no ISA, then what A/V product are you using. What happens if you turn it
off ? I think there might be an issue with Scanmail and the pop3connector,
where there's a hotfix to correct it.
