why are you using a public subnet for your internal network? Run the 'change
server IP' wizard and put yourself into a private subnet.
(192.168.16.2/255.255.255.0 for the server would be normal)

Both your NICs should point to the server's internal NIC for DNS.

Then run the 'Connect to the internet' wiz again.
