Remote connections to pcs via RWW

New site taken over. Exisiting pcs will not accept remote connections ..that
' local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively '
on all pcs.

I am trying to find out where this restriction is . Got no idea how the
previous IT set these pcs up. I setup two new laptops, setup user,
server//connectcomputer etc and these work fine.

If it was a domain restriction how come the new 2 laptops / users logon ok.

Suggestions welcome
