.NET Framework 1.1 SP1 for SBS2003

I installed and used Shavlik on a SBS2003 Standard.
It wants to download this for the SBS:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=a8f5654f-088e-40b2-bbdb-a83353618b38
(actually, it correctly shows the German version)
But, this download seems to be for everything else but Server2003.
To me it seems like Shavlik shows a wrong download.
This is the correct one:

(already installed)

Am I wrong?
MBSA does not show this mistake.

However, MBSA wants me to install MSXML 4.0 SP2, which does not show up
with shavlik.

Which one to trust?
