Hi Bill,

I believe for 1 and 2 you cannot be that granular. By intranet, you mean
Companyweb (sharepoint)? If 1 can connect to desktops, he's going to be able
to get to companyweb that way anyway. Unless you deny him at the sharepoint
level, and then having the link on RWW is a moot point.

For 3, you could probably remove a group membership from that user so he
could only access OWA. But the links would still be there. Another option
for 3 would be to only give him the link to /exchange. If he only wants OWA,
then that's a much more efficient way to get there anyway.
