Here's an update - but I still need some help.

* I've added a second NIC card on subnet 192.168.1.x with the internal NIC
at 192.168.16.x
* I spoke with the ISP to see if they were by chance filtering any of the
traffic. Cox Communications said they do not - if I could ping the IP
address, I should be able to access as far as they knew.
* I've even tried bypassing the router, and putting the server directly
connected to the cable modem. Yes, I know all the security risks, but at
this point, I have nothing running on the server, and I'm just trying to
understand how to set it up.
* I've looked at the walk-thru's for setting up a website, and think I've
followed them to the letter, but to no avail. It's probably something
silly, but I could sure use some help.

Thanks,
Jeff
