If you're on a dynamic IP, then don't use DNS for sending. Use smarthost,
and deliver all outgoing email to your ISPs mail server. Otherwise, much of
your outgoing email will be - at best - refused with a reason supplied
(NDR), or will simply disappear into the internet cloud and be eaten by
somebody's spam control without your knowledge.
