If you were to upgrade the office to XP Pro, the friend would appreciate you
more. There is no security with 98. Since your planning to use exchange,
security should be a big issue; and using win98 makes it a huge concern. I
would't put it in unless they upgraded the client computers. Just my
personal rec. I've been hammered with too many viruses and hacks on win98
systems. Since you are doing standard, that means you don't get ISA, SQL,
and Frontpage. Without ISA, using exchange, I'd be nervous.
