RRas wizard fails error %1!s!

Hi All,

By RRAS for dail-in has stoppped working. Rebooted the server early this
morning and RRAS would not answer the ringing modem. So I went through the
server manager wizard (I have had to do this b4!). This time the wizard jumps
from page 1 to the last page and I get the following error message;

An error occured while running the Remote Access Wizard. For details, %1!s!,
and then rerun the Remote Access Wizard.

I have tired to stop the RRAS service, but that states it is stopping.

Your help is much needed
