I changed the default reply address in ADUC and I also unchecked
"automatically update". When somebody sends email to a user outside the
network he will see the correct reply emailaddress.
But when somebody replies to this emailaddres it will be (first) delivered
to a pop3 mailbox at my ISP. But when pop3connector downloads it, it will not
be delivered to the Exchange users' mailbox. When I check the email at my ISP
is see that the emailbox is empty, so pop3connector has downloaded it. But
pop3connector had never delivered it.
When I change the emailaddress back to the original in ADUC, the problem is
solved. But now people reply to the wrong reply emailaddress.
Please help. Why does pop3connector download the email but does not deliver
it and where are the downloaded emails? I cannot find them. They are not in
the users' mailbox.
Thanks!
Sander.
