I have a client that is pushing for an annual support agreement rather then
hourly support for a sbs 2003 server (no desktop support needed). Any
suggestions on how to bid such a contract? I plan to get real specific with
what is covered and what is not, but having trouble estimating the hours.
Anyone consultants here care to share how many hours they devote to a client
per month on average? They have 40-45 users and use Exchange, Sql server,
ISA server, and sharepoint fairly heavily.
