Re: 403 Forbidden Error on Default SBS 2003 Page

Yes, I have run the CEICW twice and I do also have used the FQDN. My ISP
does have all of the necessary records for my domain as well. Again, I can
successfully get to the https://sbs.domain.com/remote and
https://sbs.domain.com/exchange sites remotely. I just cannot get to the
https://sbs.domain.com site, which is the welcome page for SBS.

Another problem that I have, which may be related is that I cannot seem to
download the connection manager remotely. When I click on the link, I get a
file not found error. If I do the same thing from within my LAN, I do get
the file to download, however. I have read some issues that if you had the
URL scan utility installed under SBS 2000 prior to the upgrade that this may
occur. I did remove the URL scan program prior to the upgrade.
