If your client has limited budget - why 2 servers ??
Novell's SBS product does emails too - sort of Exchange PLUS document
management in one
Take a look at this... (tells you how to install it!!!! - in about 2 hours)

The upgrade is very cheap too!!
PS: 5 User is techincally FREE - if you goto a Novell Partner (or DELL!!)
