I totally understand Jeff. My problem is I myself am new to LA and I dont
know any other IT PROs who know SBS here. The reason I am hesitant on
attempting the upgrade myself is because I REALLY DONT WANT TO mess things
up. I am already on hot footing with my company because of some prior
upgrades that I attempted that went wrong. Plus the time and offline factor.
I could really only take the current production server offline late
Sat/Sunday night otherwise email etc would go down.

When are you expected back in the US? You mentioned that 80%+ of the swing
migration involves installing SBS fresh on the new server? Now that I could
do. If I could do all the stuff I am used to doing and then just have
someone come in to move the data and rules etc. That would be great! Do you
know anyone else in my area who is proficient with SBS?

thanks!
